Trying to navigate worries and emotional pain on your own can feel overwhelming, but sharing them in a secure, trusting environment can help lighten the load. No matter what you choose to bring to therapy, I’m here to offer a compassionate, respectful space where we can explore your feelings and thoughts without judgment, moving at a pace that feels right for you. Whether you're seeking to come to terms with a particular experience or grappling with deeper issues like recurring relationship patterns or unexplained emotions, therapy can help you understand yourself better. Together, we’ll work to identify how you relate to others and, in turn, how others respond to you. We’ll examine how you manage difficult emotions such as anxiety, sadness, or anger, and explore how to process these feelings in healthier ways if needed. We'll also delve into the belief systems and coping strategies you’ve developed to protect yourself emotionally—some of which may no longer serve you well. Throughout this process, I’ll be here to support you in fostering a more compassionate relationship with yourself, which is often the most critical relationship of all. But above all, perhaps the most valuable thing I offer is the opportunity for genuine connection with someone who also knows what it's like to feel scared, anxious, lonely, or overwhelmed—it’s simply part of being human.   • How many sessions I will need?
    The number of sessions needed depends on many factors. If after an initial session we feel that we’re a good match, I generally recommend starting with weekly sessions over a six-week period. After that, you may choose to take a break or discontinue therapy if you feel ready. However, most people find it beneficial to continue on a weekly, bi-weekly, or flexible schedule depending on their needs and circumstances. I strive to work in a way that accommodates your time, budget, and requirements.
  • What does it cost?
    Each 50-minute session is priced at £65. Please be aware that for cancellations or missed appointments with less than 48 hours’ notice, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged. *Discounted rates may be available upon request.
  • Where are you based?
    Our office is located at 17 Calle 21-29, Zone 10, Guatemala City, 01010. It’s only a five-minute drive from Zona Pradera, Zone 10.
  • What brings you here?
    People come to therapy for a variety of reasons. If you'd like to explore how therapy might help you, feel free to fill out the form to schedule a 30-minute coaching or orientation session. I am an accredited member of the British Association for Counseling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and follow their Ethical Framework. I’m also listed on the Professional Standards Authority Accredited Register, and I ensure my work is supervised by a qualified practitioner. Client confidentiality is always strictly maintained.

  • Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT): Focusing on behaviors and challenging the meanings you attach to thoughts, providing practical tools to manage anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and more.

  • Existential Therapy: Exploring how you find meaning and purpose in your life.

Ultimately, while different techniques can be helpful, we believe that the quality of the relationship between therapist and client is the most crucial factor in creating lasting change. It’s important that you feel comfortable with your therapist, so we recommend exploring your options to find the best fit for you.
